I typed out all of this stuff and Zap! The only thing I can get to print on here is Hiya Folks. I don't have any time to go back and retype, but wanted to basically say....Miss everyone and my job travels should be over in two more weeks.

RED: What a whirlwind
Hi all,
I only have a moment so I wanted to stop in and tell everyone that I am doing fine and hanging in there. I lost 2 pounds last week but when I got on the scale this morning I was up 2 pounds. My actual weigh-in won't be until Thursday so I am hoping for the best and no additional gaining. I have stayed on my plan so nothing has changed with the exception that dear old TOM is about to come for a visit...oh joy. So far TOM can't make up his mind if he wants to come for a visit or go home until next month. I suppose I can chalk that up the peri-men. and all of it's wonders. LOL
Work has been keeping me really, really busy with little free time. Next week I will be working out of town for the entire week and again the following week and again the following week. In essence I will only be home this week in the month of April...oh sigh~
A true test of will as I will be dining out most of the time, but my hb and I dine out frequently so I pretty much know what I can have and what I usually opt to leave behind. But, the true test will come when I am out of town because with the travel comes stress, fatigue, crankiness and simply missing my hb and the home we love to relax in after a hard day of work. I just don't want to make food my "friend nor my enemy" during that time. But I'll be ready to face the challenge and like all success stories in life.....I will plan and plan to succeed.

RED: So close to Yellow Zone I can almost taste it.
Well It's Monday and back to another busy work week. All went well for Easter regarding my eating plan. We had originally planned to spend time with the family however everyone was so tired after church and all, that we all decided to simply retire to our own homes and rest. So everything went well with the food as we ended up having healthy leftovers.
I caught a little bug that lasted two days but by Sunday, I was back to my old self and sooooooo ready for the rain to go away. Hey Geo, its suppose to be in the 70's all week here.....doing the happy dance BIG TIME! What about on your end?
I got on the scale on Sunday and I have not lost any weight this week. That's alright though because I have been super-duper on target with my food and exercise. I weigh on Thursday so maybe some things will have changed. I reached my 5 pound goal for this month with I believe 4 extra pounds to go on the books. Maybe things are starting to even out now, which would be great, as it worries me that I am losing too much muscle when I lose large amounts of weight at one time. Slow and steady is what really wins the race.
Okay, better get to work....I'll stop back by a little later.

RED: Wishing everyone a wonderful weekend.
This weekend will be kinda relaxing with just a few family and friends stopping by for dinner.
We went out to Macaroni Grill last night and I ordered the build your own Pasta dish. It had pesto, tomato, and roasted chicken in it. I had them bring me a small dessert plate and I scooped out what I was going to eat onto it. The rest I took home with me. I don't know when and where this "control over my eating" began to take place but it really is empowering to say the least. I also looked at the leftovers and realized that there is enough in there for at least 3 more servings....there would have been a time, through mindless eating that I would have ate everything within that bowl along with bread, appetizers and something to drink. This is a wonderful place to be iright now in my life. I LOVE IT! I did have an appetizer but it was a slice of crustiny (?) bread topped with chopped tomato. I skipped the cheese on top and only ate one. Yep, it was a good dining out night and I really do think this is something I will be able to do for the rest of my life.
Well off to visit some blogs, if I don't get to everyone today then I will try and finish up on Sat. morning.

Popping in for a quicky!
Its been a few days and boy have I missed ya! Thanks to everyone who dropped me a line during my absence...all is well just super busy here at work these days.
Okay, Tah-Dahhhhh! I lost 4 pounds this week so you bet I am doing the HAPPY DANCE!
It is breezy and beautiful outside today, this after what feels like a month of rain. I plan to walk tonight with my husband and I am not looking forward to the initiation of hitting the pavement again. LOL But a gals gotta do what a gals gotta do!
Time to go take a lookie at your blogs so I'll catch ya later.

Hi All,
Won't have any time on the site today, busy day at work today and my computer crashed big time at home and I lost all my saved tax stuff so I have to do them all over again tonight. It's bad enough having to do them once a year but twice in the same week....LOL
Not such a great eating weekend once again. I just don't seem to get but one meal in per day on the weekends. I get so off script with things. I think it's because I sleep in and when I get up I think my mind says, "You already missed your 4:30 am breakfast so just wait until lunch." I usually get lunch in but dinner is a struggle and snacks, well those are rare. I really need to work extra hard on this as I know in the long run, failure to eat my regular meals will do more harm then good.
Exercise went well this weekend and the sun was bright.
Better run.....miss everyone and as soon as I get a free moment I will catch up on everyone.

My SIL leggy aka, Jaxs, aka Jackii (oh the confusion of having two women in the same house with the same name) class is now over so I won't be attending that with her anymore. She and I went to the local hospital today and picked up some info on new classes and boy this is gonna be fun. We are going to both take relaxation classes and pilates. She going to continue with her health and fitness journey. My brother and her are actually going to take a class together as well since he will be finishing up school this month. I think we might even be able to get BOTH of our grumpy old military men in on the party.
It's been a good day today and I am going to go and treat myself to something good (thats good for me).
