Frustration with lower Calorie intake
Today I drank about 100oz of water. I think that this is good since I weigh so much (194). Since im in iraq and it is hotter than the equator here, drinking that much water keeps me hydrated.
For breakfast i had a single serving of special K cereal w/ milk. For lunch i had a whole wheat bread( 169 calories for 2 slices) with tuna, swiss cheese and tomatoe. a small salad and some papaya. For dinner i had a single serving of frosted flakes cereal and some chicken soup ( maybe i ate too much at the end of the day?),
My exercise today consited of 45 min at the gym this morning alternating between cardio, strength and abs. This afternoon i went on a 1 mile run walk.
I hope to start seeing results soon. Tommorrow starts a new day.

22 August Thoughts and Events
Today I can say that I got off to a pretty good start. I had an egg white omelet with cheese,mushrooms, sausage and a banana fritter. for lunch I had a piece fo baked chicken breast for dinner I had pineapples and a small serving of chicken, rice and carrots. I also had 2 cookies ( bad for me and my goal) I know that this is a dramatic drop in the calories that I normally eat in a day.
I went to the gym this morning. I went on a 2 mile run/walk this afternoon. I did the 30 day shred workout tonight. I have decided to focus on cardio and will attempt to work out 2-3 times aday until I redeploy. That is my personal goal.
I will also try to seek out a more healthier food arrangement. Such as trying the smaller meals every couple of hours.

DAY ONE BEGINS ON 22 AUGUST.
On 22 August I will be starting my weight loss journey again. I weigh 194lbs. I am in the military. People think that if you are in the military, you will automatically be a stick figure, but that is not the case obviously. I have tried every type of diet aid and exercise and still nothing works. But I will stay obtimistic. wish me luck!!
