Vacation Over Back to Work

Hello guys (Hey Trace.....)

I am back to work after a lovely vacation and anniversary celebration.  it was awesome and we so enjoyed our alone tome together....Sigh  I gained 2 stinking pounds which is not bad at all consdering TOM was here and I ate off schedule..We did get in some exercise but we just enjoyed each others company and acted like goofy kids.....Back to the workouts and eating schedule these to pounds have got to go....I just made it to the 160's and will be back there soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Trace I am so jealous that you are on vaction.  You will be the workout Queen!!!!

I'm Back

Well the weekend in CT was great.  My hubby's best friends birthday roast weekend was so much fun.  I ate on schedule and exercised in the hotel gym, plus we waked around the mall which was next door.  Got in more cardio as we had part one of the party in a club (the Emperor at Linden) We danced from the time we got there until 15 mins before closing....whew!  They roast on Sunday afternoon was held in a log cabin at Wickham Park from 3-7pm and it was awesome.  My Hubby's best friend (Lydelle) was both touched & embarassed it was hilarious.  After that we went back to his house for a few more hours and pulled out at 9pm to head back to Jersey.  Great fun...... I need to work in a school so I can have Summer vacation like Tracey

Weekend getaway

Hello all (Hey Tracey)!!!!

Stopping by to say hello.  This weekend we will be in Connecticut celebrating the birthday of my hubbys best friend, so of course food is involved.  I plan on sticking to my eating schedule.  The hotel has an exercise room  & a pool so I will get in my cardio.    How's everyone doing????? Bathing suit time is around the corner.  I just ordered a new one from Victoria Secret in a smaller size for motivation and I plan on fitting into by the end of May.  So here's to eating helathy and working out!!!!!!

Hey Hey Hey

I lost .04 this week and I 'll gladly take it.  My hubby and I went out to dinner twice last week and I ate some great food as a treat to myself.  Now back to my regulary eatting schedule LOL I also only did about 8 miles of walk/running this wekend instead of my usual 12-16.  Alas I am back on track and have 2 hours of dance class this evening.......Phew!!!

Feeling Good

Wow vacation time for me is almost here and I need to buy a bathing suit..GULP I want to wait until the that Friday before we leave ( May 16th) so that a few more inches or pounds can be gone before I go. LOL Today is Kickboxing or the sweat -fest as I call it at 12:00pm.  Our instructor is a real life drill sargent in the Army reserves oh joy.........

Excerise

Hi guys,

My arms hurt from kickboxing yesterday but it felt so good while I was doing it!!!!.  Today I have Bootcamp for the first time....Gulp!!!  My personal trainer teaches this class and he has been begging me to come take it.  I finally got up the nerve and I know I will be sore, he startsoff with 250 crunches  I told him I don't want to know the rest because I may change my mind....LOL

Spin Class Post

Okay I just got back from my spinning class and after the first 5 minutes I wanted to get off of that BIKE!!!! but I hung inthere and followed there instructor..who knew you could do push up while pedling.........or Tae Bo...but we did it..uphill down hill fast slow standing sitting.  IT WAS GREAT!!!!! I will be back next Tuesday at 1 pm...I am now off to buy either a gel cushion bike seat or some spin pants with butt pads...that seat HURTS!!!!!


 

Checking in

I meant to post yesterday but alas here I am today. I lost another 2 pounds on weigh in (which is Monday mornings) I am very pleased because I did not fell like I was missing out on any foods.  I ate and was quite satisfied. On Saturday I did a bonus of 5.24 miles walking and another 3.24 on Sunday after church....so the extra morning & evening workouts have really been helping. I try to do them at least 4- 5 days of the week.  I will eventually incoroporate them everyday along with my lunch time gym workout.  Today I I take my first spinning class at 1pm....I'll come back and post afterwards to tell you how it went......  I also am excited about my dance performance this evening with the NJ Pac Dance Alliance .  We are doing a tribute to Alvin Ailey and I am one of the dancers.  We are doing a few songs from Revelations- Wade in the Water, Fix Me Jesus , I've Been Buked and Rocka My Soul, all classics of Alvin Ailey  Some of the Alvin Ailey dancers will be in attendance and I can't wait!!!

Working out , eating good feelin good.  I lost 1.4 and hope to do more next week no more than 2 poundsthough I want to keep it  healthy.

Hi all

Just dropping in to give an update..First missed you guys second I still at it  healthy lifestyle that is.   I am now doing the next installment of the Fat Smash Family -The extreme Fat Smash and I love it.  I weigh in on Mondays now and I will make sure I update this as much as possible.
