Back on Phentermine

SO I went to my weight loss doctor yesterday. I must admit I was excited about getting on this program that cost me $215 just to start it. I have taken Phentermine (Adipex) before, but this is my first time taking it with the B12 injection and Mega Ditex w/ chromium. Yesterday I took both pills around 11:45 am, right after my doctors appointment. I am taking the 30 mg pills and i  must admit, they work for a little while but by 7 or 8 pm I am hungry again. I have to lose 45 pounds by late september as this is the goal Dr. Johnson and I came up with. Today I was fine in the beginning. I had a boiled egg and a half slice of wheat toast, i have been drinking water nonstop. I cheated with 1 bag of m&m's and the crazy part is the fact that that one bag of candy was 9 grams of fat, I can only have 20 grams per day. I am goona have to check and make sure that they are actually 9 grams. But these pills make my mood swings terrible.
