15 lbs gone!
It has been a great 4 weeks. I have been focused on my health and exercising regularly and so far am down 15 lbs. I am totally thrilled with my progress. My husband told me yesterday that he can see my body changing that I have firmed up quite a bit. I have been riding my stationary bike everyday and my endurance has really gone up alot. I was able to ride it 5 miles in about 22 minutes. I am really hoping to be below 200 by my birthday this spring, if I continue at this rate, I can see it happening.
