oK...SO ONLY LOSING 15 LBS. HASN'T QUITE PRODUCED ALL THE RESULTS FOR THIS CLYDESDALE, BUT RUNNING IS MUCH EASIER!
2 mile job tonight no problem. Doctors scale weign in coming up the 6th of February. Actually alot more at stake than just getting the weight off, as health issues of high blood pressure and chlolesterol are in this as well. I have stuck to eating a large lunch and then just snacking at dinner time. Grapes, a handful of almonds and lots of water. In the last week I turned off the soda pop drinks and I think this had spurred some loss. I have noticed appetite coming back some in the evening even though still on the phen. I hope to be under 270 when next weigh in happens. Once I can get to 260, I remember that weight from a year or two ago, then running and all exercise starts to be fun again.
