A bad week, but got a loss
Was really pretty bad last week. After gaining half a pound last week, having been sooo good too, kind of gave up. Had Chinese three times, and ate all the left overs the next days - which is something I usually never do. Fell (or rather jumped) off the wagon and had much wine Saturday and Sunday night.
Anyway, weighed myself this morning, and I know I shouldn't but I do anyway and reckoned I'd put on about 3 lbs. Well, worked from home today and ate nothing - I know it's really bad for you but I did. Drank loads of water and walked down to WW class tonight. It took 35 mins to get there and I lost 1lb - yippee!
I know I shouldn't starve myself but am glad I did now, only down side seems to be that I've got a headache, take it's cos I didn't eat. Anyway, Monday night is normally takeaway night, but no, I had Chicken Curry and Naan Bread that I had in and am feeling quite pleased with myself.
Will really need to get back on board properly with the diet and stop all this nonsense.
Was 'off the booze' for 17 days and can honestly say that I ate more than I usually would. Going to attempt to just have a drink at weekends, but we'll see and I'm not going to berate myself too much if I do.
