Well I started my "dieting" on monday, even though I am starting my blog today.
I just finished working out and it was kind of fun.
I still have to be careful because of my back injurie and stuff, but it's been ok.
Aparently I have lost 4lbs since Sunday/Monday...but that could just be my weight fluctuating (i don't think I spelt that right). Anywho, it makes me feel good even if its in correct. I am feeling really proud of myself.
I have completely cut junk food out of my diet...it has been 4 days. Even pop, all I have been drinking is water, constantly :)
Just a short post but will be updating some more.
