Running

I can finally say I am back to running.  I ran 30 continuous minutes tonight.  This should help keep the weight coming off.  I also continue to stay true to WW and still love the yoga in the AM.  Hope everyone is pumped for a good weekend.  Go colts.

Thanks EP

20.2 lbs down since starting EP (11/09).  Workouts and food intake are going well (since 1-1-10).  The first month of 2010 was an excellent start to new attitudes and choices.  Up to walking 10 minutes followed by running for 25 minutes 3-4 times a week.  Continuing with Yoga 4-5 times a week.  Thanks to those who made cruise comments.  That all for today.

Thursday

I am so excited, we booked a family cruise in 3 weeks.  I need the sun, warm air, and R/R.  Then I realize, Holy Crap, the food and drinks.  Is is sick to plan on exercising more the week prior to and after the cruise in order to not stress the foods?  I think so, got to love the justifications.

The workouts and WW are going excellent.  Keeping to daily points is pretty easy and i am planning some mini-marathons this year to motivate my treadmill time (outside when it warms up).  The goal keeps me focused.  Currently down 20 lbs.

Down 17.2

I am down 17.2 lbs.  What a good feeling.  Yoga yesterday AM and last night was treadmill night and it felt great.  The best part is that I am still motivated and feeling better every day.  Love WW, luckily I am still at 39 points per day.

Slow to post

I have found that reading posts of others on EP does me better then my own posts.  Keep posting everyone.  Just finished my yoga.  It felt so good this AM.  Treadmill tonight and as usual keeping to my WW points.  Life under 40 is not a bad as I had stressed.  Now under 35?????  lol, we will see when I get to that point.

Week

Good week so far.  I have hi my WW points, treadmill 3 times and yoga 3 times.  So what does all of this mean?  Down 15.2 lbs since joining EP.  Just have to find a way to stay with the program.  I will be changing it up next week so I do not get tired of a routine.  Going to snoop on your guys routine for suggestion.  Have a good weekend.

Treadmill

Still pumped.  Did the treadmill last night.  1.75 miles in 30 minutes.  Building up the endurance without alot of pain.  I did not miss the 3 points I lost yesterday from WW.  Thanks for the advice on keeping it creative.

WW

I had my first WW weigh-in.  No one told me that if I did really good the past 7 days and lost 9 lbs that they would take away 3 points, lol.  What will life be under 40 points?  No big deal.  I am really starting to like WW, it has turned into a game.  I also did yoga this AM and will do the treadmill tonight.  Have a good week to all.

Saturday

What a good day, I walked on the treadmill, kept to my WW points and split a lot of firewood (sore in spots I did not know I had muscles).  Hope everyone is having a good weekend.  I am starting to get into this exercise and WW.  Thanks to all of you for the advice and support.  Almost forgot, 13.2 lbs down since I started EP.  Most of that is this week with a renewed motivation for a healthier life.

Off today

I decided to take today off from yoga and the treadmill.  My body was asking to a timeout.  It actually felt good and i will be back at it tomorrow.  i did keep to my WW points.  Have a good weekend.
