day 9.. strange day..

Well.. it's been a bit of a strange day today! Not sure why.. but it has!

Anyway.. after my slightly over-indulgant dinner yesterday, I've been trying to keep it light.

Breakfast: Apple 0.5

Snack: Rice cakes and cucumber 2

Lunch: Avocado salad 3.5
Yogurt 2

Snack: Oat cakes 3
Green & Blacks 70% Dark Chocolate bar 5

Dinner: Pitta with chicken and mayonnaise 6
Hot chocolate 1

So that's 23!!! I was already 14.5 points in debt so that's -18.5 in the bank!! MUST try harder tomorrow!!! :))

day 8.. weigh in day!

Well.. I weighed in this morning at 11 stone 0.8lbs. So that's 5lbs off :) I'm really pleased as that's a good start.. I guess I was secretly hoping that the scales would say 10 stone something.. but nevermind!! I'm happy with a 5lb loss and now I just can't wait to get to below 10 stone! Only a little over a stone to go!!

Breakfast: Branflakes and yogurt 3.5

Snack: Rice cakes and houmous 3
Apple 0.5

Lunch: Chicken, chorizo with mayonnaise in pitta 4
Yogurt 2

Snack: Apple 0.5

Dinner: Garlic dough balls 3
Polla Pancetta pizza 17

So that's 33.5! A little over-indulgant but it's weigh in day and I've got plenty of time to make it up! That's 14.5 points to make up!!!

day 7.. the end of week 1!!

Phew!! I've nearly made it to the end! And I have to say it's been quite easy! Which is unusual because this is about the millionth time on Weight Watchers.. the first time I found it really easy but every subsequent time has been ridiculously hard! And I've rarely made it past a month. So I'm glad to find that it feels good this time round. I'm trying to cut out some low fat products to avoid chemicals and sweetners. I've decided I'd rather spend my points on less, GOOD QUALITY food rather than lots of low quality stuff. And I really feel good for it!!!

Breakfast: Branflakes and yogurt 3.5
Apple 1

Snack: Rice cakes and houmous 3
Apple 1

Lunch: Tuna and avocado salad 4
Yogurt 2

Snack: Rice cakes 1.5
Apple 0.5

Dinner: Chicken and chorizo pitta 3.5

So far that's 20 points out of a possible 21 :) Leaving just 1 in the bank at the end of week 1! Pretty pleased with that! :)

day 6.. bank holiday Monday!

How lovely! And although it's not quite as nice weather-wise as the weekend, it's still bright and fresh :)

So that's 17.5 points so far!

I'm tired and am going to bed now. I thought about eating to make up my points just for the sake of it but I don't want to.. so I'm just going to bank the points and eat them tomorrow :) So that's 3 in the bank :)

day 5.. what a scorcher!

It's lovely and hot today :) Not that I like excessive heat.. but it's just right. A little bit of a breeze but warm and dry :) Lovely!

Breakfast: Apple 0.5

Lunch: Avocado salad with roasted pepper houmous 3.5
Rice cakes 1

Snack: Rice cakes and soft cheese 3

Dinner: Chicken skewer, pitta, coleslaw, potato salad, tuna, spinach 10
Yogurt 2
White wine spritzer 1

So that's 21 so far out of a possible 22.5! Which still leaves me 1.5 in the bank :)

day 4.. half way through week 1!

Half way through week 1! Which in my opinion is always the hardest, so I feel quite pleased that it's all going so well!! We're going to a wedding today so have a few points saved for that. And it's an absolutely beautiful day, which makes everything seem so much better doesn't it!

Snack: Peach 0.5

Lunch: Potato omelette 7
Yogurt 2

Dinner: Chicken skewer, salad and bread 6
Cupcake 6.5
White wine spritzer 1

So that's 23! Which means I still have 3.5 left in the bank!! Tomorrow's supposed to be a really sunny day so we're going to havea barbecue :)

day 3.. phew! long day!

Just got home from a long and tiring day.. but feel good for being busy :)

Peach 0.5

Lunch: Chicken salad with honey and mustard dressing 3.5

Snack: Oat cakes and soft cheese 3

So far that's 13.5 :)

I just wasn't hungry this evening so rather than eat unnecessarily, I thought I'd bank the points for the weekend! I have 2 in the bank already so after today, I now have 7.5 banked :)

day 2.. one of those days!

So many things have gone wrong today and it's only 9am!! Nothing too horrible, just little things going wrong! Never mind :) I'm ready for another healthy day!

So that's 16 :) which means 3 saved. As I went over by 1 yesterday that means I have 2 in the bank! Another successful day! :)

day 1.. beautiful day!

What a great day to have a day 1!! Day 1 is always so hard so I need all the help I can get! I've been here so many times before but I absolutely want this so badly I'm going to give it all I've got.

I've got such a busy few months coming up with so much fun stuff going on. I want to be happy and in control so that I can enjoy them properly. So bring it on!
