So close....

I'm so close to 150s.... I hope I can make it by the weekend.  I only need to lose 9ounces and I can officially say I'm in the 150s.  I won't be comfortable until I'm like 155 to considered it really being in 150s, but I'll take 159 right now.  Haven't seen that number in 2 years.

Flow is leaving... We can get back to losing!!!

I feel like I'm losing which is a good thing since I can't really exercise right now..  My daughter's graduation is coming up next month and I would love to lose another 10lbs so that I can look good in her pictures.

Aunt flow landed today... She'll be in town for the next 5 days, hopefully she won't cause too much havic....

Scale is moving again

I'm 165 and I'm going to challenge myself to get to 159 asap.... I'm gonna drink my water and get moving again.  Let's see tomorrow I can hit the weight room for a workout and Friday I'll go swimming.  Water... Water... and more water.  Gotta flush this fat.

Active

I am happy to say that I am now an active person.  I am looking for ways to get exercise everyday.  Also, my family and I are enjoying ourselves with bike rides and being out and about.  We're not vegging out in front of the tv all the time.  Yesterday we packed up and went the beach and road our bikes, that was so much fun and didn't cost us an arm and a leg.  Next time we'll have to pack our stuff to get in the water.
 
 

Measurements

Took my measurements and I've shrunk in most places but my calves got bigger....  I've found that I'm sabatogging myself because when I exercise and get on the scale and it looks good.. I start pigging out on food.  I've got to correct that and quick.

Exercise Plan

My exercise is coming along.  I'm jogging now and proud of it.  Found so jogging tips, like interval training when I'm on the treadmill and also found out info about  target heart rates.  I didn't think it was such a big deal but come to find out if I'm not staying in my targeted heart, I'm not burning as much fat as I think I would be by going above my THR.  I'm actually burning up energy but not stored energy/fat, so I'll be keeping an eye on that. 
 
No I need to find some easy meals because my classes are going to get even more intensed and I don't need to worry or feel bad about cooking or what I'm eating.

Quick Post

I've been sticking to my meal plan and it looks like it is working.  My last week of school so I have lots of homework.  I didn't work out yesterday, but  will today if it means home workout even if I can't get to the gym.

Tasty wkend

Well I got good and bad news.  The good news is that I can job now and I did over 2 hrs on the treadmill this weekend.  The bad news is that I ate pizza... lots and lots of pizza on Friday and Roscoe's on Saturday so I was just working to keep that fat from staying on. 
 
I think I may be lossin so inches around my butt cur my pants feel a little different but I can't be sure.  I'm not get'n back on the scale til Sunday or Monday. Gonna combine diet and exercise and see where it gets me.
