Pain.

So I went to the gym for the first time on Monday. I didn't think that I was that out of shape, since I do play soccer and lacrosse. But anyway I ran for 10 minutes and I walked for 30, then did the stair stepper for about 12 minutes. All I really did was cardio. Every other day I do weights. But man am I in pain, I know that it is a good thing but hopefully soon it will subside. Well I guess people were right when they say "No pain, no game." I am going to the gym today and I plan to do alot on the treadmill and stair stepper since last night was not my best for my eating healthy plan, but I am going to make up for it. Its the new begining.

Hello, today I found extrapounds. It is my second day of my weight loss journey. I am sore, I went to the gym yesterday and I haven't worked out like that in about 6 months. I am going to go to the gym on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,  and Sunday's. I am mainly doing cardio, abs, arms and legs, only with machines. My cardio is usually 10 minutes of walking at 3.5 Mph running for 10 minutes at 6.0 mph, after I do the stair stepper for 10 minutes on about 60 steps per minute. My abs, legs and arms all depend on the day that it is, which weight, and reps that I do.
