Pain.
So I went to the gym for the first time on Monday. I didn't think that I was that out of shape, since I do play soccer and lacrosse. But anyway I ran for 10 minutes and I walked for 30, then did the stair stepper for about 12 minutes. All I really did was cardio. Every other day I do weights. But man am I in pain, I know that it is a good thing but hopefully soon it will subside. Well I guess people were right when they say "No pain, no game." I am going to the gym today and I plan to do alot on the treadmill and stair stepper since last night was not my best for my eating healthy plan, but I am going to make up for it.
