So far so good
Today is the second day back at uni. I go to the gym in the mornings before classes but I find myself feeling so TIRED and SLEEPY by the afternoon! And hungry....my class schedule this semester is so packed in......I literally have to stuff my face with a small quick lunch while walking to my next class!!
So far I'm at 133lbs. Which is great....need to lose 2 or 3 lbs per week to reach my goal weight before traveling overseas in April. That means I got 4.5 weeks left!!!! I'm optimistic right now.
I know I can do it. I can't stop or give up or think negatively. I need to keep working hard. As tired as I get at the gym, I must absolutely keep toughing it out, and constantly think about my goals and what I will look and feel like!! Something along the lines of what Sean O'Maley says from CardioCoach Volume 4: "Overload creates change." - I am going to keep pushing it.
It hasn't really been a struggle these past days. I only eat when I need to, because I have no time to snack or sit on the couch watching TV. Which is really good, the more busy I am, the less time I have to eat pointlessly. Also, I have been thinking positively....I think that has been the most helpful thing for me these past couple of weeks.
Also, I drink SO MUCH WATER....and I don't eat anymore after 8pm. My portions are smaller and I eat VERY slowly.
So that's the update for now. I'm off to bed. I need MORE sleep...I always get tired/sleepy easily during the day at school or work.
