Unbelievable

So last night was my 2 best mates' 21st birthday party. It was incredibly fun, and I got incredibly wasted.  Read on if you want to know...... 

Knowing I would be drinking heaps there, I went to the gym in the morning for 2 hours doing 1 hour each of treadmill and spin bike, with CardioCoach.  It was INTENSE.  I felt good.    I had a toast for breakfast, and in the afternoon before the party I ate an apple & a pear.  I didn't have lunch or dinner, cos I thought my alcohol calories would be A LOT. 

So ya, I drank shit loads at the party last night.  Long Island, CC, Mojito, white wine, etc, etc....most of it was free coz my mates kept shouting.

I was so drunk that I don't remember anything from 12am onwards.  The bar lady was pretty cool.  Before i was got drunk, she would whip up some of her recommendations.  When she saw that I was drunk, she kept giving me bottles of water. 

I THINK i puked outside the bar at the end of the night.  But my friends, and some random guy at the party, were incredibly nice and helped me walk to the couch and going outside, etc.  I remember I kept apologising for being so drunk and for having people help me around like that.  Usualy I'm not the one to get so drunk, I usually have to do the whole looking after people thing. 

Then when I got dropped off home, I made so much noise to get in the house, banging into walls, tripping up the stairs, waking everyone up, and apparently, I left the front door open. 

When I woke up at 11:30am, I found myself lying on the floor next to my bed.......I didn't even make it up to my bed!!  I got up drowsily, then my headache was so strong that i crashed into bed for another hour.  I finally forced myself to get up coz I really NEEDED a shower.  So I did.  Wrapped in a towel dripping wet, I puked into the bathroom rubbish bin.  It kinda made me feel better.  But i was still kinda drunk coz I couldn't really focus on anything I was doing.  Now its 5:30pm and I just came home from a short shopping trip with my friend.  Feeling a lot better.  I really should've had some food before I drank so much!!! 

Oh you know what is REALLY surprising? 

Yesterday morning before gym, I weighed 136lbs.  This afternoon I weighed myself and I am 134lbs. 

Maybe it was just from the lack of food.
