Never Shout Never

Never Shout Never is a musician I'm currently listening to.  I love his voice and music.    Not that you guys would give a damn! haha

Been a whole week since I last blogged.  Sorry bout that!  Been super busy...still is actually, but I thought I'd write a little update.

This WHOLE week i've been a good girl.  Exercised everyday and ate extremely healthy.    I also just purchased a swiss ball.  So now I can do more exercises while I'm in the lounge watching TV!!  No extra snacking either - in fact, there was really no need.  And the weight has been dropping off.  I feel the difference and I feel more fit at the gym (thanks to CardioCoach).  But fear not, I have not completed my mission yet.  I still got another 10lbs (or more if possible) to lose before April 5 (date of going overseas)! 

Bad thing though, tomorrow night (Friday) is my 2 best mates 21st birthday party (theme is Spice Girls!  Lame, I know...but i'm going as sporty spice ).  There's gonna be heaps of alcohol flowing around.  I'm gonna try limit to 2-3 drinks, but they'll need to be something strong to make me drunk enough to make a speech about my best friends in front of crowds of people I don't know!!
So my day tomorrow will consist of a healthy breakfast, gym for 2 hours, fruits for lunch (an apple & pear), and no dinner (alcohol that night will have a lot of calories)

Drinking on an empty stomach is a recipe for disaster (or it is for me!) why not make some fat free veg soup - or at least have some veg or fruit before going out?
 
Well done on sticking to your plan though - and have a brilliant time.
