Waffles for Breakfast

Went to a cafe for breakfast with my friends and we ordered Waffles, which were very sweet full of 2 types of syrups, peaches, and a ball of cheese that tasted like cheesecake's cheese.  It was soo incredibly SUPER sweet that I felt sick.  It was yummy, but its the guilty food, ya know!!!!  I was regretting not ordering something healthier like eggs or something.

It was probably packed with calories, carbs and fat.  I felt no need to eat lunch.  I never even felt hungry. 

To make up for it, I went to the gym for 2 hours of high intensity workouts. 

  • 1hr 10 mins weights & abs
  • 50 mins of high intensity cardio on the bike and elliptical

Now dinner shall be light as ever.

Look at you!

Awesome work out! Ours sound very familiar. I usually do 45-50 minutes of high intensity cardio then weights and abs. But I did read somewhere that it's better for your body to do weights first then cardio...I shall try that,lol!

A splurge here and there won't kill ya. I love waffles so I would have devoured them!

Sometimes, making up for having a treat is worth it.  Those waffles sound yummy!

Your waffles sound good - don't beat yourself up too much, we all deserve a little treat along the way - and it sounds like you exercise LOADS (this is coming from a couch potato btw)
