Cardio Coach is AMAZING!
Today was a pretty good day for me. Here's how it went down:
Breakfast: 1/4 avocado + 1 toast
Lunch: Plain Oatmeal
Snack: 1 plum, 1 manderin
Dinner Steamed carrot, chicken with rice.
Drink: Tonnes of water and oolong tea (apparently it helps with weight loss)
I ate my meals incredibly slow and concentrated on e-v-e-r-y mouthful. I was the very last to leave the table. And I felt full! 
For exercise:
- 10 mins Pilates for Abs
- 35 mins on treadmill using Cardio Coach Volume 1 (will elaborate more on that later)
- 40 mins strength training with weights - focusing on arms and legs.
OH-MY-GOSH Cardio Coach is simply the best!! Usually I hate doing cardio, coz once i start feeling tired, I start losing form, get bored and just want to give up. Using Cardio Coach for the first time today on the treadmill was exhilarating!
I was motivated to keep going, to push myself, to stay in form and not give up! I sound like an informercial right now, but seriously! Not once was I bored, coz the music was interesting, kept to the right beat, and the coach's talk was very motivating and powerful. Time flew by fast using Cardio Coach on the treadmill! If you don't know what Cardio Coach is, check out the link here. It's basically mp3 tracks you can load into your music player while exercising on any cardio machine. There's music and the coach's voice guiding you through a high intensity workout. I absolutely love it and recommend it to everyone out there. For real!!!
