Plan for Monday 9 Feb
Hi folks! 
Just thought I'd give a general break-down of what I'm aiming to achieve tomorrow in terms of food & exercise:
- Breakfast: Tea & 2 slices of wholegrain toast with 1/4 avocado on it
- Winsor Pilates: 20 minutes
- Lunch: Unsweetened & unflavoured oatmeal
- Go to uni (2 hours)
- Gym: Cardio on stationary bike (using Cardio Coach Vol. 1), strength training for 40 minutes
- Snack: 1 plum, 1 manderin
- Dinner: not sure yet
- No more eating after dinner
I am aiming to exercise more everyday with higher intensity.
I've really been feeling fat recently. Especially with my brother calling I'm fat! It's very disappointing and a real slap in the face! But in a way, it keeps me more aware and more motivated to loose weight so he don't call me that no more! I think twice before reaching for that ever-so-tempting cracker, and when I workout, I try to think more positively and strong about the results I'm trying to achieve!

I have also been checking out this website FlatStomachExercises.com and have found it very VERY useful!! It has all sorts of info on it, and i think i'll visit it more often!

I'll post again tomorrow about how it all goes and plan for the next day!
