FINALLY! I am back! I will mainly keep this blog for things going on in my life, my exercise regime, and the like. Hope i will get more people "tuning in" so to speak,

i have decided

I decided that i'm going to go on a water fast!

do not worry my darling readers i ALWAYS research about any new things i'm going to incorporate into my life. seriously. i research how i want my hair cut! that's how obsessive i am! it's only going to be from about 10 to 20 days and it's not just to lose weight there are other benifits too.

was running a little late today.
no real blog because im ashamed of myself.
i did so horrible with my junk food 
problem.maybe if i dont get on for a couple
days i wont think about food as much.thus not
thinking about junk food. so this is my last post 
till friday or saturday.

DAY 4: close


food of the day:
breakfast-2 cheese sticks
lunch-spagetti o's
dinner-ramen 

extras;
4 pop tarts
4 dino fruit snacks(but i shared w/ my mom
so it was probably only 2)
grapes

drinks:
2-1/2 1 quart bottles of water
couple cups of milk

execise:
i walked around my school
20 sit ups
10 push ups

okay i know the extras was horrendous but i
have noticed that the more i pay attention to 
something and try and ressist it the more i 
fail.hence i dont pay as much attention to 
what i eat through out the day but when i feel
hungry go for healthy!seems easy enough.
i will text this theory through out the week.
probably post results on friday.

DAY 4: beginning


okay so yesterday was kinda crazy!
but yeah lately i've noticed that my tummy
seems to puff out more and is slightly 
firm and i think its cuz all the water
im drinking but i cant be sure!!!!and its
frustrating!

kinda in a down/gloomy mood
idk it might be the pills it might 
be cuz its morning.

okay so every now and then i get e-mails 
from this person called Jen jolan.and she gives
me tips about weight loss and stuff.well since i
have like a billion un-opened e-mails from her
im going to put 1 tip in every morning post.and this is 
all from her personal experience!!so even if it
might not work on you theres always that 
chance that it might!!

TIP:
black beans!!

DAY 3!!


okay i have a reason for not writing this 
morning.

i woke up at 2pm.
anyways...yeah....

food of the day:

breakfast-skipped
lunch-bologna and cheese sandwich
dinner-hot dogs(finally something new)

the whole eating bologna every day was
bad i know but thats all i had here!!like 
seriously!and cheese sticks but thats 
all!

extras:
2 cheese sticks
cup of grapes(yum..)
some doritos...frowny face!only a 
couple though!!!i pinky promise!

drinks:
3-4 bottles of water(1quart each)
1 cup of chocolate milk

exercise:
50 situps
20 push ups
going over that gate thingy
50 something times
just walking round the house
doing stuff

um so far it seems like drinking all the water
is making me gain weight.idk that might be what 
happens first or it could be because of the 
medication, i forgot to tell you about, im taking.
im taking them for medical reasons!!!but yeah other
than that im doing good!didnt have ice cream 
though!!A+ for me!!:D i was soooo tempted to 
but i made it.

shredded beef burger w/ pickles

extras:
2 cheese sticks
1 bowl of ice cream

drinks:
2 cups of chocolate milk
4-5(lost count)smart water bottles

exercise:yeah didnt really get much
just did homework ...walked around 
the casa.
actual calculated exercise:
50 situps
20 push ups
....oh and i have one of those pet/baby
gate thingies!went over that thing like 
a million and one times!!!jk jk :D more like 
50.

so i heard like a while back that if you want
to get rid of water weight, why not drink a 
butt load of water?!?i mean it doesn't make 
sense at first but when its explained its 
like.....

me:omg!
mind:whoa!
me:i know right!
mind:your crazy!!

lol well anyways...oh and i also read that if you 
want to get your metabalisim going faster drink
cold water.which i thought would be easy but
its not!!like the only way i can drink 8,8 oz. glasses
of cold water is if i was like so dehydrated that i 
started having hallucinations(is that how you 
spell it? idk :D) okay well anyways...again! anyways 
i was trying to say before i got so easily and 
predictably distracted was that i haven't been 
losing any water weight!! >:(  hehe angry face!
idk maybe i have to keep drinking water.

DAY 2:beginning


hiya!
i've noticed that in the past week or two my 
thighs looked thinner so i measured them.and 
what do you know,i lost an inch!i was so excited.
i've also noticed that my calves look firmer.and 
also when i bend down to get something it doesnt
take like 5 minutes to get back up!:D

its also been easier for me to exercsie!like i 
used to be able to do only like 4 push ups at
one time.now i can do 10!and sit ups too!!

hoping to lose ten by octobers end!hehe that 
kinda rhymed!

P.S. i noticed i got a good amount of view.i 
would really enjoy it if you commented my blog
or just added me as a friend.just any kind of 
thing like "hey i've noticed your
existence" or even to say im stupid!anything 
just to know im not talking to myself.

DAY 1:close


food for the day:

breakfast-slept in

extras:
2 bowls of rocky road
1/2 cheese stick
2 slices brown sugar cinnamon
bread

exercise:
cleaned house from 4-11pm
10 push ups
25 sit ups

so the whole "cut out all junk food"was a bust.
i didnt even last a day!im dissapointed in myself.
but the thing is when i eat the junk food i know i
dont want it or need it for that matter, its just that
it taste good and its become like a routine for me
to eat something unhealthy.

if you have any ideas how to stop this annoyingly 
bad habit please tell me.

DAY 1:beginning


slept in late this morning so im a little tired.
i have recently discovered that its not so hard to 
create new habits and get rid of old ones.
and not just weight loss wise.

i am now more organized than i used to be
because i take the time to put things where
they're suppose to go and to write down things
i need to do.

and i eat less now too!big A+ for me!but all i
did was i waited one day for about 8 hours
or until i was truly hungry then when i ate
i ate 1 sandwich with milk but i ate it really 
slowly and i wasn't in front of the t.v.
now i just dont feel as hungry.

my current bad habit monster.....junk food.
even though i eat less i still eat bad food.
so im gonna try and go till next saturday 
without bad food.its gonna be hard though
because we have a vending machine at
school and even though the stuff is baked
i dont think its healthy.

tip:never eat when your bored or in front of 
the tv grab a water bottle instead.
