Day 1
I am so tired today -- just want to go back to bed and sleep. AND I NEVER DO THAT!!! I;m not a person to stay in bed at all... So ok -- 2day is a NEW DAY!!! I am attempting to get back on the 6WBMO program. I haven't stated eating right yet today -- but I am gonna go ahead and list my intake so far...
B -- 10:00 Crackers and crab salad
L -- 2:00 Chicken -- yams -- biscuit -- grape juice -- orange juice...
MAS -- 4:00 Philly steak pizza
D -- Chicken Spaghetti n g-toast -- rootbeer
My main goal is to get back in the habit of tracking my food on a daily basis so that I can make better choices...
