ITS ABOUT TIME!!!!!!!!!!

HELLO TO EVERYONE,!!!!!!! I HAVENT BLOGED SINCE JAN. BUT I POSTED PICS BACK IN MARCH 2009.
 
WELL AS U ALL CAN SEE I HAVE LOST SOME NOTICEABLE WEIGHT, I AM SOOOOOO HAPPY YOU ALL JUST DONT KNOW. I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT LIKE CRAZY, AND I HAVE NOT BEEN PIGGING OUT, BUT DONT GET ME WRONG I STILL SOMETIMES EAT WHAT EVER I WANT JUST NOT AS OFTEN. I AM STILL ON A MISSION TO GET TO 199 I AM HOPING THAT WILL BE REAL SOON , OR I THINK I WILL SET MY GOAL TO MY BIRTHDAY IN FEB.2010, I DONT KNOW BUT I WILL KEEP U ALL POSTED .

I have been doing my turbo jamm and walking and i have been doing ok. My goalf for this week has been met my next wees goal is to be down to 261 by 1/28/2009 my goal for this week was 265 but i am 1 pound over..

29 DAYS UNTIL MY SHORT TERM GOAL!!!!!

 

HELLO TO EVERY ONE , I HAVE 29 DAYS UNTIL MY SHORT TERM GOAL AND I HAVE 17 LBS TO GO , I HAVE BEEN DOING BAD I GUESS I AM STILL DOING MY BEST, I KNOW I WILL BE FINE THIS WEEK AND I WILL BOOST UP MY WORK OUT!!!!

THE GETTING IS GOOD!

I HAVE LOST 8 IBS IN A WEEK ALL FROM EXERCISE AND DIET CHANGE. IT FEELS SO GOOD TO BE WHERE I AM NOW, I DONT KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL BE BEFORE I HIT THE BRICK WALL BUT I AM NOT TURRING BACK.

I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT AND EATING BETTER AND LESS , DRINKING WATER AND I AM DOWN 10.2. I HAVE BEEN WORKING REALLY HARD SO I AM NOT STOPPING.

I HAVE FOUND MY WAY OF DRINKING MY 64OZ OF WATER!!!!!.
JUST DRINK ONE CUP PER HOUR, OR A CUP EVERY 20 MIN.
 
IT IS WORKING FOR ME . THE PERSONAL TRAINING IS GOING WELL I HAVE MORE ENERGY AND I HAVE ALSO BEEN DOING MY TURBO JAM. I HAVE LOST SO I AM GLAD.

I RECIEVED MY TURBO JAM AND IT IS FUN , I WILL DO THAT ALONG WITH MY PT AND SEE WHERE THAT LEADS ME .

I AM ALSO THINKING ABOUT THE MASTER CLEANSE, HAS ANYONE TRIED IT ? IF SO LET ME KNOW PLEASE!!!!!

No WI this week!!!!!!!

Well ladies i just wanted u all to know that i will not WI in until net week, i have started my personal training and my turbo jam is on its way so i will see whats going on now. I will let u know but this s**t is no joke!!!!!.

I know i am three pounds up , and i am sad about that. but next week will be diffrent. i start my training next week so hopefully i will be tha biggest loser!!!!

WEEK 5

I AM STILL AT MY CURRENT 269 WHICH IS GOOD, I WILL WI BEFORE THIS WEEK IS OVER. I AM THINKING OF A PERSONAL TRAINER FOE A COUPLE OF MONTHS. I HAVE FOUND ONE WHO IS CHARGING ME 80.00 FOR 10 SESSIONS, EVERYONE SAYS THAT IS A GOOD PRICE SO I WLL KEEP EVERYONE POSTED.
