Sorry I was out of town and had no access to my computer.
I'm back to 99.7 k this morning and I start to feel the difference. Appetite has gone down a lot and I'm much less hungry during the day.
I switched to 5 meals a day which helps me control my hunger. No wine no beer, ... just water. I tried diet coke yesterday and just couldn't drink it. Just too sweet.
Yesterday evening was just a small salad: tomatoes and salmon. Then no hunger.
So the mini goal is 98 k by October 21st and I will do my best to make it happen
What's new here at Extrapounds? I've talked to the programmers and they are adding some nice features such as the possibility to add pictures and YouTube videos in posts so that we'll be able to show how we can dance with 10 kilos less LOL.
