Less appetite
Ok so today I tried to reduce portions and eat nicely.
Since I live in spain I had some tapas for lunch. Tapas are sort of snacks you would have for lunch. There are all sorts of them but I tried to have only the ones with few fat and no carbos. I enjoyed the meal: started with 2 tapas, ate them slowly, and then picked 2 more .. a last one to finish and hunger was gone.
A big bottle of mineral water and a small dessert. I had the feling of having everything under control which was really nice.
For dinner, grilled meat. I like a comment by panchita in the 'ma santé' forum which says that a portion of meat must fit in the palm of your hand. Hummm good idea and it's really reasonnable. and a yogurt with some honey. Again no hunger.
That's really great to know there has been some progress !!!
