Moving right along
So close to blowing today's workout off.
Work ran late and I was stuck in traffic for about 2hrs while heading back from one of my clients. With in that 2 hr ride home I through ever excuse in the book at myself. "O- I'll put in and extra 1/2 hr tomorrow", and there was the " Well if i go tomorrow and get in a day on the weekend then it wont be so bad." I even at one time told asked myself "If I get up early and do some cardio before work then I could workout extra after work."
After my one person arguement I had to laugh. Push comes to shove I hit the gym. HA Its funny when you argue with yourself you always win! HA
