End of day one heading into day2
It was a good workout yesterday. Felt obligated to hit it extra hard and get a good sweat out of it. Did a few sets of Back and Abs, then a good solid 20min on cardio.
An old friend of mine once said to me while training " You have to focus on breaking through the wall." While this really seems like a cheese ball comment it really has stuck with me. It runs through my head all the time and transformed those workouts that you just want to quit into a challenge.
