Moving right along
So close to blowing today's workout off.
Work ran late and I was stuck in traffic for about 2hrs while heading back from one of my clients. With in that 2 hr ride home I through ever excuse in the book at myself. "O- I'll put in and extra 1/2 hr tomorrow", and there was the " Well if i go tomorrow and get in a day on the weekend then it wont be so bad." I even at one time told asked myself "If I get up early and do some cardio before work then I could workout extra after work."
After my one person arguement I had to laugh. Push comes to shove I hit the gym. HA Its funny when you argue with yourself you always win! HA

End of day one heading into day2
It was a good workout yesterday. Felt obligated to hit it extra hard and get a good sweat out of it. Did a few sets of Back and Abs, then a good solid 20min on cardio.
An old friend of mine once said to me while training " You have to focus on breaking through the wall." While this really seems like a cheese ball comment it really has stuck with me. It runs through my head all the time and transformed those workouts that you just want to quit into a challenge.

Humm Blogging
Ha, I had found this site through a Google search and it really has alot of good features. They Body log is the main feature that I had been searching for. How ever, the Blog side of it I am not used to...

Getting Started
Today is Day 1 of tracking my progress.
With many years of hitting the gym already under my belt my goal is to focus the next 30days on getting more definition and tracking my progress.
