Wednesday

WO-yesterday was great.  I did 15 minute bike in the morning, 30 minutes bike last night  then off to my toning class.

Eating was great.  I ate 1441 calories and burnt over 400 with exercise.

Today-Food

B-JC banana nut cereal and coffee

S- Yogurt and orange

L-JC Turkeyburger with cabbage and tomotoes

D-JC fish and chips.

S-JC cheese curls

Drink water!!!

Thursday is my WI. The scale at home is moving slow!  We will see what tomarrow brings.

 

Tuesday

I had a good WO last night 55 minutes on the bike.

This morning I did 15 minutes, burnt 60 calories and 2.5 miles. tonight is my toning class then i want to jump on the treadmilll and get a good 30 minutes in.

Food for today..

B-JC french toast coffee

S-Yogurt, water

L-JC turkey burger, salad and diet tea

S-fruit and water

D-JC mac & cheese with veggies with water

S-JC apple crisp and water

 

Monday

We had a great weekend.  We went into Chicago with 15 other people and took a trolley ride around Chicago. Spent  the night and headed home on Sunday.  Very fun.  Ate to much!

WO-Saturday-I was able to get a 30 minuted bike ride along with a 30 minute treadmill before heading into the city.

Eating for today-

B-JC pancake and sausage with coffee and banana

S-FF latte

L-JC SW burrito with salad

S-JC apple crisp

D-JC Chicken fet.

S-fruit

WO tonight 60 minutes of good cardio and lots of water!

Friday

My WI was not as good as I had hoped!!  Kinda sucked actually! Only down -.2 ounces.  One of those weeks where you do every right but the scale does not show for it.  But I am into the 150's.  A number I have not seen for almost 7 years!

My plan for this week is to keep setting up my goals for food and workouts.

This morning I did a 15 minute bike ride and tonight I will do a cardio of some kind.  Not sure what. It depends on if I go to the football game or not.  If I go it will be a shorted cardio than if I would just stay home.

Food-

B-3 mini pumkin muffins, banana and coffee

S-yougrt with water

L-JC meatball sandwich, salad and tea

S-fruit

D-JC beans and chicken with veggies, water

S-100 calories popcorn and water.

Wednesday

Well, my scale at home says I am down 1 pound so that is only 1/2 until tomarrow morning! lol!  I do have a morning WI Thursday.  My JCC is going to be gone in the afternoon and I did not want to come in at 3!  YUCK!

Yesterday was a good day!

Goal this week is to lose 1 1/2pounds for my Thursday WI!!

Workout for today is

20 bike ride this morning and 60 minutes on the treadmill tonight!

L-JC burrito with salad and tea

Tuesday

Good morning!  My goal for this week is to lose 1 1/2 pounds for my WI on Thursday.  I have to go in in the morning instead of the afternoon.

Food for today-

B-JC cereal with coffee

S-yogurt with water

L-JC pesto pizza with veggies and diet tea

S-JC chips and water

D-JC beans and chicken with salad and water

S-fruit

Workout-15 minute bike ride this morning.  60 minute toning class this evening and 30 on the treadmill.

Yesterday was a good day.  Stayed on plan and ate well!  Got a good 2 hour WO yesterday.

Monday

Yesterday was an ok day.  Didn't get my workout in and eating was a little off.  Lazy day!  But I have less than a pound to get that salt out of my system.

Today's goals

B-JC breakfast sandwich with coffee.

S-yogurt and water

L-JC chicken sandwich with diet tea and salad

S-fruit

D JC mac and cheese

S-JC cheese curls.

Workout-cario at home at least 30 miutes maybe even more.

Sunday

Ok-My plan to lose 1.5 pounds by Thursday continues! that will mean-50 pounds gone and in the 150"s!

Yesterday I did well!  I did show a 2 pound gain on the scale this morning, but we ate at Show Guns last night.  I can tell it had a lot of salt and they did use butter.  One of those Japanese place that they cook the stuff in front of you. The gain will be off in the morning. DS had a an after homecoming party.  Not alot of kids like we had planned on.  More kids told him they were coming and didn't.  There were other parties that had boy/girl sleep over.  We don't allow that so I think alot of them went to those instead.  I think he was disappointed in the turn out.  But what can you do when kids say they are coming and don't show up.  Oh well.  We had a good time.

Todays plan!

D-JC baked beans w/chicken, green beans and water

S-JC choc cake and water.

W/O 30 minute walk.  I think I am going to do that outside.  I usually do my wo's on the treadmill, but it is going to be a great day outside so I am heading out doors!

Lots of H2O to get the salt out of my system.

Saturday

Yesterday was a good day I stayed on plan!

Today I will work out for 20 minutes cardio and 60 minutes at my toning class. 16 oz of water

We are having friends over tonight and going out to eat so I am saving my supper and snacks for this evening. I am not sure where we are going but I don't want to over do it.  I will drink lots of water and no drinking this evening.

I weighed myself this morning and all is good!  No gain or lose.

 

Friday

My goal this week, as many as you know, is to lose 1 1/2 pounds before my next weigh-in.  Next Thursday that is.  So I have decided to come on here each morning and plan out my day!  So here I go.....

breakfast-JC breakfast stuffed sandwich, coffee with SF creamer. 

Snack-yogurt and 16 oz of water

Lunch- JC chili over lettuce, veggies and diet tea-12oz

Snack-apple and 16 oz of water

Supper-JC fish and chips, green beans, orane and 16 oz of water

Snack -JC popcorn and diet tea 12 oz

Workout -15 minutes on bike in AM and 30 minutes on the treadmill this afternoon. 16 oz of water.

I will see you all Saturday morning and let you know how today went and what the plan is for Saturday!
