I am at 160...so close to the 150's!I had hoped to get in the set of numbers!! My JCC and I have set a goal of 1 1/2 this week. With that weight lose I will get in the 150's and meet my next goal of 50 pounds gone.
So the plan is to run more, I plan on running Saturday and Sunday, my normal days off! More water! Stay on plan!
Ok-I changed my blog again. I didn't like the pink! I picked the palm trees because we are going to Cancun, DH and I, the end of October. We have our 20 wedding anniversary in November!
Thursday is my weigh-in. I had hoped to be in the 150's but did something stupid Friday night. I stopped at Taco Bell and had a burrito supreme! WHY! I don't know. I have not had one in forever. Then Saturday night I had a piece of cake! WHY! I don't know. The scale did not show a gain from my poor choices but it has not shown a lose either! This week has been good otherwise.

I am down another -1.4 pounds! My goal for this week is to get in the 150's by next weeks WI. That is only a little over one pound. I can does this. I will just need to stay focused over the week!!

Hungry girl.com is great for those who want to know the latest on new "diet" foods and much, much more. It ooes count points like Weight Watchers. I am on Jenny Craig but from what I understand with WW is the higher the points the higher the fat.
calorieking is great if you are eating out and want to know what is the best for you to eat and of course other foods.
Blood pressure 108 over 70 and 46 pounds lighter than September of 2006.
When I turn 40 I decided I should start having a yearly check. I had secrelty hoped that they would find something wrong with me that would explain the weight gain in the last 5 years. Well every thing was pretty much ok. Well, except for the fact I was fat. So this year I went in with a different attitude. I wanted to see what my blood work looked like over 40 pounds less. I am health! My BMI is at 28 the doctor told me, which isn't bad. She told me congratulations on the weight lose!! Can't beat a good doctors report!
On to other things. On my home scale I have lost another pound. I hope my JC one says the same.
I have an aunt and uncle home for a visit and we are all going to my mom and dads tonight. We have been there the last 2 nights. She always has food around. Popcorn, turltes, snack stuff. It is hard for me to say no sometimes. It is not that anyone asks just the fact that it is there, everywhere. I am so glad I do not have that laying around my home. Alot of times I will just throw things out if it is to much temptation. I have learned not to feel bad about the wastfulness of it. I would rather be healthy and quilt free.
I plan on working out tonight then off to my moms.
I am down -.4 and 6 1/2 inches! For a grand total of 46.2 #'s amd 40 1/2 inches.
I did decide to do all my JC snacks instead of the 100 calorie snack packs that I had been doing. It worked well for a while but I had started eating more than one a day. Also by weekend eating has got to step up a bit. So I hope by switching some things around will help jump start a good weight loss for next week. I am still doing goo but I would like it to come off more than 1/2 pound a week. Just think what I would have lost if I hadn't been making bad choices over my weekends!
Working out has been good. I did my toning class three nights in a row. I went Wednesday night. I was just in a mood so I thought it would be best to get out of the house. I have also been riding my bike for at least 15-30 minutes a day. Tonight I am not sure what will happen. I have to go to my dad and grandma then off to a football game.
Saturday-Workout again at class then hopefully we are going to be able to head to a college football of one of our friends.
It has been awhile. So let me update you with my weekend
We got DS moved in last Thursday. I went well. After we got them all moved in, things set up and put together, food from the store it looked like it was going to work out well for them. It is small, but not as small as I had thought it was going to be. DH decided to run to Walmart again and get them a little grill and meat, steaks and shrimp. I heard they ate that all weekend. They seemed surprise when we came back with all the goodies. I am sure the grill will get a lot of us.
Friday we ended up going to a football game. Our team won. It was much nicer than last week. I was not near as humid.
Saturday I worked out and then met a friend for coffee. She gave me her golf culbs. She said she got them on sale and if wanting a new set. They are in such good shape and I will look like pro of a pro golfer than renting a set. Well as long as no one sees my golfing game. It will be fun. I have not used them yet. Now I will just need to find the time. After coffee I had to get a few things at the store and decided I needed a pair of jeans. I only have one pair and they are too big.
Sunday after church DH and I went out to eat at Applebee's. Yes I did eat more than I wanted. I did eat off the WW menu but it was that spinach and artichoke dip on the sampler platter that got me. Oh the effect have come off. Then we headed to a little town with a tiny bar and danced(that was my workout) to a local band. We met up with some friends and had a good time.
Monday no work!! Well, I did clean DS side of the basement (that was my workout) now that he is gone. It looks so nice. We have not "finished" the basement but I arrange the couches so it can be a hang out aera for younger DS.
Last night I did get a 30 minute bike ride in while watching The Biggest Loser. This season looks good!! I also went to my toning class. Did I tell you I won this time for the most inches lost? I won it after my first season of 6 weeks, then the second 6 weeks some one else did and then I won my third 6 weeks. That is good for me-that means more inches keep coming off.

I had my WI this morning and I am down almost 1 pounds. Not bad for WI a day earlier than normal.
Changed my blog page and added music. I am not sure if I like the pink. Not much of a pink person. But I can live with it for now.
Last night was I went to by toning class and then wallked on the treadmill when I got home for 1/2 hour. I would switch 5 minutes with the incline and 5 minutes without.
Tonight we are planning on going to a cookout at DS GF's parents house. They are getting packed up and ready to move in to their college apartment on Thursday.
Since I am going to be gone all day on Thursday with moving I plan on taking my own food. I am not sure how that will work but we will see. It should be fine. I may just use my lunch meal as a meal on my own.
I hope everyone is doing well and I gotta get to work. I just wanted to check in and up date my stats from my WI. I will get to the 150's soon!!!
Last night I had a great work out-I did 45 minutes on the treadmill, with 5 minutes on incline and 5 minutes with out incline. I would switch back and forth. I have not been much of a user of the incline so it was new. I finished up with a 15 minute cool down on the bike. I decided to go to my toning class last night since I will be missing it Thursday, moving son into his college apartment. This is week one, it is a 6 week program so I got measured(I was to be measured last week but the instructor that usually measure me was gone) I lost 61/2 inches this last session!! I am soooo happy about that. My weight has only gone down about 5 pounds in that time so theinch lost means I am still working hard.
I had to move my weigh in to Wednesday, a day earlier than normal. So I am still hoping for a lose!
Tonight-I will be back at class for my workout. I will do a cardio workout when I get home. It would be nice to do the treadmill thing again. I rode the bike all last week and am in the mode to shock the ol' body with something different.
Friday after work I did a cardio workout on my bike. I burned 200 calories. I then went to a football game. It was a sticky, damp night. YUCK. My hair was straight when I left and when I got home it was curly!
Saturday morning I did my toning class and came home and cleamed the house. Then off to a wedding. The reception that night was very fun. They decided not have the normal cake thing but instead had deserts on every table. Some had cheesecakes, some had cream puffs, others had cake, mini pies! I had never seen that. You could eat what was on your table or trade with antoher. I traded my cheese cake for a cream puff. I ate 1/2 of it and gave the rest to my DH.
Sunday We golfed 9 holes as a family. DS leaves for college Thursday so we had one last family outing before we move him in. We even walked it so I got a workout as well. We did a little school shopping then off to my moms for a "chef salad" supper.
Tonight I plan on getting on the treadmill, then going to my toning class and home again for a sauna. I can't workout Thursday night so I am getting it in tonight instead. I also have to switch my WI to a different day.
It looks like rain again today but at least it is not as humid!
