bf- jc stuffed sandwich, coffee with sf creamer
snack- jc cheese curls
lunch- jc pizza, veggies
snack-apple and sf, skim milks 12oz cap.
supper- jc three cheese ziti with salad
workout
30 minutes walk/run on treadmill
80 minute cardio/toning class
