Another 24 hours done!
Broke a sweat and stayed on track!! Feels really good to get back into running again! Hard to believe that I have missed it.

b-fast Jc sandwich with coffee, sf creamer
snack jc choc cakes
lunch jc chicken n cheese with corn and peas
snack yogurt, apple
supper jc three cheese pasta with a salad

pilates 60 minutes
walk/run 30 minutes
elep. 10 minutes
