Wednesday-
Half way to the weekend!
I didn't get to the gym in time to do my 40 minute walk like I wanted to but I did get ten minutes in before class. I stayed after and did 30 more mintues.
Tonight I am planning on getting 45 minutes of walking in before my cardio class! Chili is in the crock pot so hubby and niece can eat before I get home.
Things are going well and we are all adjusting.
As for me-trying to stay focused on health! I am worth the fight in losing weight and am welling to keep up with positive thoughts and let my mind go to a place that I would like to follow!
