Good morning
Today is my WI day. I don't know what I weighed in at last week. Didn't want to wi at all but my JCC talked me into it. I stepped on the scale backwards. I know I am a big chicken. should see alost this week.
Today is my toning workout along with my cardio machine workout. Plan on doing 20 on the ellips and 20 on the treadmill.
We leave for vacation next week. Looking forward to getting away. We are going to Cancun agian. Talking ds's gf and other ds is being a friend. He was suppose to go with us a few years ago and broke his foot a week b4 we were to leave. So he is very excited and no broken bones yet!
