Day 14 - Food Goal
Eating slowly.

Eating slowly.
For Food: For the most part I eat pretty healthy. I think my downfall is I end to eat a lot late in the evening and I also have this sweet tooth at night so I end up eating a big cookie or yogurt with toppings.
Food Goal in general: Be more aware of what I'm eating, how I'm eating and when I'm eating.
Fitness Goal: To add 30 minutes of low impact during the workday. Broken down into 3 - 10 minute pieces.
I only have 6 more to go to achieve my goal weight. I know I can do this. I've done so much more. Six I can do!
This will be both a training log for upcoming races as well as trying to lose the last six while I train. The big thre are:
1. Turkey Trot in two weeks exactly 14 days 27th of November
2. Honolulu Marathon in 1 month on the 14th of December
3. GAR in about two months
I have two weeks until the Turkey Trot which is a 10 mile race.
I can do this! I should be able to do it!
