My name is Annie, and I live in CA! Ok, so currently I weigh between 133-135 pounds at 5'6. Not exactly high, but definitely not where I want to be. I'm 17-years-old, and not just looking for a quick fix so I can look good in a bikini. I want to completely change my eating habits, and get healthy. I want to be able to run. I want to have a positive body image and feel good about myself.
For the past couple of weeks I've been eating 1,250-1,450 calories, and trying to get exercise a couple times a week. I haven't really been motivated to exercise at all. It's hot, I'm tired, I'll do it tomorrow. Blah. Well, tomorrow has come and gone and I keep putting it off. No more. When I set something for me to do I want to do it, no excuses.
Tomorrow I'm going to take a walk, or a bike ride. I WILL. I MUST. Most likely a walk though, because I'm having really bad cramps and I can't imagine sitting on a bike right now. ![]()
