Febuary 1st
Okay so it's Feb 1st, the beginning of the month of love -_- one of my mini goals was to be 145 by valentines so i can look good for a certain someone but forget him now im doing it to look good for myself.
STARTING WEIGHT 1/25 - 156
CURRENT WEIGHT 2/1 - 149.2
Im try exercising more, hopefully lose more but if i continue lossing a pound a day than That good to it means i only got 39 more days until i reach my goal :) haha well good luck everyone and wish me luck ill need it

Not a good day
So i really dont feel up to posting this up but i guess i must cuase i did cheat today
2 pieces of pizza (from costco so they were big)
1/2 churro (costco)
2cokes
:/ thats all i ate all day but lookin at the calories, fat, and carbs it was horrible
I guess i can blame this on the fact that im kinda depressed because i think me and my bf broke up but i actually should just blame it on my lack of self control when ever emothions get in the way

3.2 pounds lighter and 3.2 times happier
So weight myself this morning and im at 151.8 yayyy thats 3.2 pounds to my valetines goal but after all the joy i decided well time for house cleaning :/. So its 12 o'clock and i have been carpet cleanin all morning, my hands are all sore and raw, and i smell like car freshener. But anyways im taking a break to write this because i havent ate nothing all morning and im still not that hungry. Shoot four days ago my stomach would have been yelling at me for such a crime lol. so now i will try and find some food, healthy of course, and some how manage to eat it. :)
Ohh yah my reason for this loss of hunger is PHENTERMINE i use the little blue capsules with the balls in it 30mg. I am so much happier with the results this time around, and glad i gave it another shot. Even though its only day 3 I have no side effects like i did last those awfull migranes and nuasea maybe my body adapted from last time.
So good day so far :D

Yess i did lol i know its not some amazing thing but hey if i give myself praise for the little things then maybe ill do them more :)

Mt rubidoux lol
If you live in or near riverside and you are serous about losing weight than you know about mt. Rubidoux. When you get there your excited to start, half way up you thinking ugh i just want it to be over (especially going up the steep path), but once you reach the top your proud and swear youll do it every week. Haha well thats my thoughts and sadly i dont go as much as i use to but my exercise goal for the month of febuary is to go to every week!! Sat or sun :) but i will start this weekend
And i will post when i go and when i dont so i can get a scolding haha
