Many thanks to my nurse, I forgot....
fortunately she did not have me step on the scale. If she had I probably would have stroked out when I saw the digits.
Fortunately I don't have 'white coat' syndrome. I have my annual pap tomorrow, my mammo on Tues, and my wellness ck at the very end of the month. Unfortunately, I may have escaped the scale today, but tomorrow will be a sure thing. I may not look and ask her to not tell me. Maybe I can get a few lbs off by the time of my wellness ck.
