Before After

I'm wiped

Tonight was a long night at the gym. I spent 30 minutes on re-bike and 30 minutes on elliptical. Did I fail to mention that I had to wait at least 15 min between each b/c the place was fricking packed! Ended up being on the elliptical next to the bald guy.

You know me, I couldn't even make eye contact. Oh well, he was a lot funner to dream about when he was at a distance. Tonight he was actually talking to the guy on the next machine over and he sounded like a real jerk. Go figure.

Breakfast: a couple of handfuls of Kashi cerael--I am addicted!

Lunch: Healthy deli ham & 3 LC wedges(meat roll ups), a few bites of an English cucumber that had a little twang to it--ick! Threw the rest away.

Dinner: Spinach salad from a local coffee house--onions, bacon, mini red, yellow & orange bell peppers w/ tomato w/ Raspberry vinagrette. It was awesome! Actually I only ate 1/2 of it. The rest will be for lunch tomorrow.

I have not been drinking nearly as much h20 as I should so I have gone back to using Crystal Light flavor packets for bottled water. I love the lemonade & tropical punch.

Tomorrow I am going to try and figure out a true weigh-in. With it being TOM I have been hesitant. If I don't see a significant loss I begin to sabotage myself. You know, "poor whoa is me, why bother......". I am feeling really compact. Everyone who is a plateau needs to check out TravelGirls blog. Continuing to workout, while not losing, can make a significant difference.

My mama always said, "5 lbs of lead is a lot smaller than 5 lbs of feathers"--I think she heard it at a WW mtg many years ago.

Onward & downward!

Crystal Light...

Have you tried their new "immunity" one??? I think it's cranberry or something???  Really good!

Great workout!

Way to go girl!  And it's great when you start feeling compact!  Keep up the great work.  And, yeah, most fantasies are better left as that.  Reality is never as pretty.  Sorry dream guy is a jerk!

that quote

That is the most awesome-est quote I have ever heard....thanks for that.  No wonder everyone keeps telling me "Oh, you've lost so much weight" when really I've been fairly straight-lining it for the past few months.

I love Kashi cereal too, the Kashi Go Lean Crunch.  I have it here in my desk and add it to yogurt for s crunchy snack sometimes.
