Another wonderful day!

Walked 3.5 miles pretty hard. My hips and butt felt a lot heavier this time around--last night they felt so much lighter.

The windows are open--today I actually remembered to shut off the furnace. Yep, I'm a ditz.

Breakfast: 1C coffee, banana w/ peanut butter & granola

Lunch: 1/2 Chef salad w/ cup of minestrone soup. I really wanted Wisconsin Cheddar soup but they dipped out the wrong one and didn't realize until I got back to work! Dammit! I have been waiting to try it for weeks.

Pre walk snack: 1/2 peanut butter sandwich

Dinner: 1/4 kiolbasa w/ other 1/2 of chef salad

It occurred to me this morning that Lent is going to be over in 11 days! Yikes! I am so afraid that I am going to go off the deep end. Ideally, I would continue to be sugar free after Easter.

Onward & downward!

why dont' you just implement what your doing now into "everyday" life when it isn't Lent???  You can do it Shauna!  If it makes you feel good then do it!

Annoying.. but with the soup mistake you saved a LOT of calories and fat...maybe a gift from someone up there
