Another wonderful day!
Walked 3.5 miles pretty hard. My hips and butt felt a lot heavier this time around--last night they felt so much lighter.
The windows are open--today I actually remembered to shut off the furnace. Yep, I'm a ditz.
Breakfast: 1C coffee, banana w/ peanut butter & granola
Lunch: 1/2 Chef salad w/ cup of minestrone soup. I really wanted Wisconsin Cheddar soup but they dipped out the wrong one and didn't realize until I got back to work! Dammit! I have been waiting to try it for weeks.
Pre walk snack: 1/2 peanut butter sandwich
Dinner: 1/4 kiolbasa w/ other 1/2 of chef salad
It occurred to me this morning that Lent is going to be over in 11 days! Yikes! I am so afraid that I am going to go off the deep end. Ideally, I would continue to be sugar free after Easter.
