Down 3 pounds!
I'm feeling like today will be a good day. I have lost 3 pounds, I am shocked since I didn't have a great week last week in terms of my eating and exercising. I missed a few days of walking and I over ate several times.
This week I will walk or do the elliptical everyday, and I promise myself not to eat unless I am truly hungry and to stop as soon as I begin to feel full. I am an emotional eater and thats what caused me to gain so much weight in the first place, so that is one bad habit I have got to break!
