Record your activity undertaken

The activity log helps you to track the exercise you have done and learn how many calories you have burned. This is calculated individually according to your weight and height recorded in your account.

It is simple to use: select the date you did the activity, choose the activity from the database and enter the time spent doing the activity.

Your activity undertaken then shows in a table at the bottom of the page. If you follow the same exercise routine regularly then you can copy a previous entry for that day.
