Description:
Wii Fit

  • Wii Fit comes with the Wii Balance Board and requires a Wii console to play. Wii console sold separately.
  • Wii Fit combines fitness with fun and is designed for everyone, young and old. Wii Fit players work towards personal fitness goals and they block soccer balls, swivel hips to power hoop twirls, and go big on ski jumps to get themselves there.
  • Check your daily progress, set goals, check your Wii Fit Age, and even enter exercise time you've done outside of Wii Fit.
  • Wii Fit Age is measured by factoring the user's BMI reading, testing the user's center of gravity and conducting quick balance tests.
  • Training is at the core of Wii Fit. You can spend as much (or as little) time as you want trying out all of the 40+ activities Wii Fit offers.

I agree with Wals! I loved the Wii Fitness. As soon as I get my controller back, I actually wanna start adding it to my fitness routine again. It's fun and it works. ENJOY!

I lost 10 pounds in one month by exercising with the Wii Fit only. If you do the actual workouts like the ones with the trainer or the cycling or run, it really gets you sweating and burns some calories! The hula-hooping and little games are fun, but I agree they take a really long time to REALLY do anything.

I just read some of the other reviews and I have no clue why people are saying the Wii Fit is for beginners?! Every time I use it, I end up drenched in sweat.  Try doing the hula hoop for 10 minutes in a row or even the run in place.  The best thing to do is to repeat each exercise.  And the yoga and strength training is the BOMB!  I love the Wii Fit.  I especially love my avatar and weighing in.  The anticipation of seeing my weight and BMI gets me every time.  I HIGHLY recommend the Wii Fit for anybody at any fitness level!!

I love it. I'm really overweight, so my exercise is limited. This is a great beginning exercise. I would highly recommend it.

Haven't used it like I thought I would.  Doesn't really count as exercise - even though you are moving, it would take HOURS of playing to do anything.
