I love my wii!!! Play it everyday and I try to really get into it to have more fun!!

I love my wii and have recently bought wii fit for my mam as she feels too self concious to go to the gym so this way she can exercise at home.

Although, I dont get much out of the wii fit i find it really fun to use and love the other game me and my bf bought for it =)

Nintendo Wii is a fun way to exercise in your own home.

I hate the gym, hate running etc, but LOVE this console.

You can easily do a full hour's workout in what feels like ten minutes.

It is also a great way to get your kids active without them realising it is exercise.

Its such fun, they won't mind playing for hours!

this system can get you up off your butt and get you moving. I'm looking forward to the Wii Active game coming out in May that allows you to get a full body workout. Right now, I play the tennis and boxing games and boy, you break a sweat playing these!
