The shows Dr Hs book 'where did all the fat go' also really inspired me along with the newest BL weight loss yoga and bootcamp dvds...Im now exercising every day, getting a handle on better eating and in the biggest loser league family which is a great support group for me.I know that 4-6 hrs of exercise & hrs in PT isnt a reality for me & I dont have the same 'all-inclusive' invironment they do ..But HEY,..Its a reality show and it has its good and not so good realities to it. But for me? It is highly motivating to just move it! Take care...Dawnie (who forgot she was even a part of this site for the longest time..lol..welcome back eh?) |
