This book could very well have changed my life. I've yo-yo dieted my whole life, losing between 50-75 pounds 4 times. This time I am really keeping the weight off because of this book. The one piece I was missing for weight maintenance was the part where I alter the way I think. I didn't have that tool before. Now that I do, life is so much better and easier. I highly recommend this book!

Brings the mental game into dieting.  Daily tasks about practicing skills you need to be successful through losing and beyond.   Lots of work, but worth it in my opinion.  If you don't have time to give to yourself, you probably don't have time to do the other things you need to do to be successful.
