I took these pills and yes I did lose weight but only 14 pounds in a years time. I know a lot of women who have taken them and they lost more weight than I did but  as soon as they quit taking them all of their weight came back

I would have to rate this a 3 star purely based on the fact that you become immune to it. I have taken this since Feb 2012 and don't feel the same effects I did when I started. I find that it doesn't help suppress the appetite anymore and being as when I started I had a high appetite and it helped suppress it, I couldn't eat a lot and often had to force myself to eat. I do not feel the energy from it anymore either. I could probably still lose the weight and even have without this. I have went a week without this drug and felt the same effects and even lost 3 lbs. However, this pill does make a great start to a diet because of the energy it gives you and it pretty much prepares you for weight loss. Over time you will learn to eat so little with this pill that your stomach will shrink and you won't be able to eat large portions at once. It is a great start up diet pill, but not so good for advanced dieters.
