 well at first when i did this i thought its harder than the wii fit because you carry on for as long as you program it to you can go from 15 mins up to 75mins thats non stop exersise and you sure do break a sweat . as i have now done 19 sessions on it i look forward to maya my personal trainer and love it i do it 5 times a week thats what she recomends , with my stats that i have entered
