I really love this DVD.  I have always used walking as my main form of exercise and once I discovered Leslie she changed my life.  This DVD is broken into 5 individual miles, and you also get to walk with some of her friends.  Her talking/laughing doesn't bother me as it might bother some people, I find her motivating.  She offers some good tidbits of advice and some motivating points.  I find myself always ready to walk along with Leslie, and the time flies.  

Miles 1, 3 and 5 are my favourite, although I do try to do all 5 when possible.  I absolutely love the cool down at the end.  I absolutely give her 5 stars.

P.S Forgot to mention she helped me to lose 50lbs last year.

This is the only Leslie Sansone workout that I can tolerate. I know she is popular with some, but I find her constant chatter incredibly annoying. I have five of her workouts, by the way, and in this one she is more subdued and her cuing is better. I also like that each mile ends with a 'boost' so you can burn more calories.

The reason I have given only 4 stars is that Leslie uses only 4 moves, and I find all that marching in place with so little variation to be very hard on my knees. I work out 6 days a week and do advanced workouts such as Amy Bento, Cathe Friedrich and so on, so there is nothing wrong with my knees. But if I'm not careful, Leslie can put me out of commission for a day. So I only use her very, very occasionally.

Some people love her, though. Give it a try!
