This is one of my favorite exercise DVD's. I love it! Jillian kicked my butt with this workout but now that I have done it so many times it is simply a very good workout for strength training.

This is really good!  She really targets muscles all over.  Some moves are  a little hard but you can work your way up to them.

I have done this work out 2- 3 days a week for two weeks.  It is 40 minutes of non stop circuits after the five minute warmup.  The  workout only requires light handweights and uses your own body weight for most of your resistance.  Having done the work out five times, I can already almost complete the circuits.  Each one is about five moves long and repeats once.  Even though they are difficult, the circuit of five things feels manageable since you are only repeating once and then you move on to another set.  I can feel benefits everywhere, especially my abs which are a problem spot for me. 
     My only complaint is the background music is boring.

I could feel it working while I was doing it. She has the perfect combo of encourgement and a lil meaness to keep you going. You can do a few 6 minute intervals (when pressed for time) or the whole 45 minte workout. I found it great in a pinch cause I have an infant and even 20 minutes a day makes a difference.
