This workout KICKS MY BUTT. Seriously. It's so hard.  But I can tell it's really working. 

Good: it's only 20 minutes and it works every single muscle in your body

Bad:  Boring.

I love Zumba 20 minute express so much more! It's so fun to dance around and I still get a darn good workout.  After that I do some of the weighted exercises Jillian does in her 30 day shred. THat's worked out better for me.

On Day 3 and Sore... Love the fact is is only 20 minutes long and has 3 different levels to do as you progress.

My endurance is low when weights are involved,  so 20 minutes is enough for me to put in 100% and get a good work out. 

Let me tell you... Walking down the stairs after 3 days of level one hurts my legs.. So I KNOW I am getting a good workout.

I do a 2.5 mile slow jog 4 times a week, so I am used to the cardio, but the weights thrown into this routine really hits those forgotten muscles!!

For 10 bucks... Well worth it!!!

I love this workout!  Who doesn't have 20 minutes?  The workous remind me so much of the trainer I used when I lost 40 lbs.  and was in the best shape of my life.  As with anything, consistency is key.

This workout is boring. For a 30-minute workout that's more fun and burns lots of calories, try Chalene Johnson's Fat Blaster!
