Any workout with Jillian Michaels is a SERIOUS WORKOUT. I love the timed intervals she uses to get your heart rate up and tone at the same time.  I've tried a lot of DVD's and I have to say even though I hate her during the workout, Jillian Michaels is one of the best trainer's out there! And she gets you great results if you don't give up on it!

I absolutely love this workout...5 minutes in and I'm sweating and feeling it! I agree with some of the previous posts though...it does get a bit repetitive and boring if it's all that you do. I combine it with the biggest loser boot camp and just general cardio on the treadmil. Wonderful workout!!!

This is a tough workout even at level one.  You don't have to hear the whole intro every day as long as you leave the dvd in your player--you can just rewind to the beginning of whichever level you are on.  I agree with someone above-it is the longest 20 minutes of my day but I think it is worth it.

I think this DVD is great for awhile. I don't like to do it everyday because I get bored (it's the longest 20 minutes of my life) but it works. 20 minutes and I'm sweating like a pig. I like to combine it with my 20 minute Zumba for some variety :)
